11/16 - Mobility + Mocktails (+ Mimosas)
Stuck in the Carytown area this Saturday because of the marathon? Looking to get a little mobility in at our new space? We’re hosting a special 30 min mobility and mocktails (and mimosas!) this Saturday from 10-10:30.
Now’s a time when it’s more important than ever to have each other’s backs (and feet). Please bring your gently used athletic shoes as payment for class. All shoe donations will benefit Shood, which has already donated over 25k pairs of shoes to people in need around RVA.
This class is open to all fitness levels, and modifications are always available!
