Our 30-minute recovery sessions are built for active people who are training hard and want to stay ahead of pain. No injury required—just a body that needs a little help bouncing back.

What’s included:

  • Quick movement screen

  • Soft tissue work (manual + tools)

  • Stretching and mobility

  • Cupping, dry needling, or trigger point work (as needed)

Think: deep recovery meets active tune-up.

This is a general wellness service—if you’ve had a recent injury or flare-up, we’ll steer you toward full Performance PT.
