What To Expect:

Your session starts with a full-body exam and conversation to figure out exactly what’s going on—and what’s getting in your way.We find the real cause.
We look at movement patterns, strength imbalances, and how your body is compensating. Then we build a plan that addresses the root cause—not just the symptoms.You get moving.
We’ll guide you through mobility work, hands-on treatment, and strength-training — so you don’t just feel better, you stay better.You leave with a plan.
Expect clear next steps and tools you can actually use outside the clinic.
Most of our clients stick with us beyond rehab through our accountability program — because once you start moving better, you’ll want to keep going.
Session Details:
1-on-1 for 60 minutes
$189–$239 depending on visit type or package
