you used to know exactly what your body could do.

Lifelong Strength is one-on-one strength training in Carytown for former athletes who want to feel strong, steady, and confident again. No injury required.

sound Familiar?

You played sports. Maybe you lifted, ran, swam, or competed. Training was part of who you were.

Then life got busy, or a few things started to ache, or you just stopped. Now you’re not sure what you can still do. You don’t want to get hurt. You don’t want to be told to “take it easy” either.

That in-between place is frustrating. You’re not injured. You’re not where you used to be. And most gyms and programs aren’t built for you.

We are.

what Lifelong Strength is.

Every session is one-on-one with a doctor of physical therapy. No crowded floor, no class to keep up with, no guessing.

We start by looking at how you move: strength, balance, mobility, and what your history has left behind. Then we build a plan around your goals and progress it at a pace that makes sense. You get to feel like a strong person again, without the stop-start cycle of doing too much too soon.

Your body has changed. Your drive hasn’t. We’ll meet you where both are.

What’s included:

  • One-on-one 60 min sessions.

  • A home exercise program in our app, so you keep progressing between visits.

  • Questions? Message us anytime. We reply within 24 business hours.

  • A plan that gets updated as you get stronger.

This is for you if:

  • You used to train or compete and want to get back to it.

  • You feel good now and want to keep it that way.

  • You want to lift, move, and stay active for the long run.

  • You want a plan built around you, not a program built for everyone.

Plans

Pick the pace that fits your life.

Up to 4 visits per month:

  • Best for building strength and momentum, with the most accountability.

Up to 2 visits per month:

  • Best for steady progress with guidance.

Up to 1 visit per month:

  • Best for long-term maintenance, check-ins, and progression.

Plans start with a 3-month commitment, then go month-to-month. Visits reset each month so you keep progressing, and you get 1 rollover visit every 3 months for travel or illness. Payments are processed on the 1st of each month.

Lifelong Strength is a self-pay strength training program. It is not physical therapy and is not billed to insurance, so we don't provide superbills.

Questions

Do I need to be injured?

  • No. This is for people who feel okay and want to get stronger and more confident.

I used to lift heavy. Will you make me start over?

  • No. We start where you are and progress as fast as your body can handle. Your experience counts, and we'll use it.

What if I haven't trained in years?

  • Then we start with a plan that fits where you are today. Most people are surprised how quickly confidence comes back.

Is this physical therapy?

  • No. Lifelong Strength is a strength training program. It's self-pay and isn't billed to insurance.

What if something starts to hurt?

  • We’ll pause and talk it through, and if it makes sense, offer a physical therapy evaluation, which is a separate service.

I just finished physical therapy with you. Is this the same thing?

  • If you finished a physical therapy plan with us, look at our Continuity Membership. They have the same structure and keep your progress going.

You don’t have to guess what your body can still do.
