Physical Therapist
I grew up in the Pittsburgh area and am a proud Yinzer. As a college student-athlete, I learned early on how important it is to take care of your body and prioritize long-term physical health.
After earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, I began practicing in Clayton, Georgia, where much of my work focused on helping patients manage and recover from chronic pain.
After moving to the Richmond area in 2021, I worked in an outpatient orthopedic clinic treating a wide range of patients, including post-operative cases, athletes, and active adults working to return to their prior level of function. I enjoy incorporating a variety of treatment techniques into care, including trigger point dry needling when appropriate.
Through that work, I discovered a passion for helping women and saw the growing need for pelvic floor physical therapy. I wanted to be part of serving a population that is too often overlooked. I believe women deserve to feel heard, supported, and confident that they are not alone in what they are experiencing.
I am excited to be part of the Formation Physical Therapy and Performance team, where I can provide the one-on-one care each person deserves. It is important to me that every patient feels seen, listened to, and given the time and attention needed to address the root cause of their symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, cheering on the Steelers, hiking, and exploring all that Virginia has to offer with my husband and our Boykin Spaniel, Oakley.
