Help Active Women Rebuild Their Bodies, So They Can Trust Them Again.

At Formation Physical Therapy and Performance, we work with active women who are tired of feeling limited by their bodies.

They’ve often:

  • Tried traditional PT, workouts, or rest

  • Been told to “just modify” or “stop doing that”

  • Made some progress, but never fully solved the problem

They don’t want a temporary fix. They want to feel strong, capable, and confident again.

That’s what we help them do.

This Is Not Traditional Physical Therapy

If you’re looking for:

  • High-volume care

  • Insurance-driven treatment

  • Passive, symptom-based approaches

This is not the right fit.

If you’re looking for:

  • 1:1 sessions

  • Time to actually think and problem-solve

  • Clients who want to be active, train, and improve

Our Approach to Care

We don’t stop at getting clients out of pain.

We help them:

  • Understand what’s actually driving the issue

  • Build strength and resilience

  • Return to lifting, workouts, and life

  • Continue progressing long after symptoms improve

Pain-free is the starting point. Strength, confidence, and longevity are the goal.

We are a long-term partner in our clients’ health, performance, and consistency.

    • Evaluate and treat clients in a 1:1 setting

    • Develop individualized plans focused on strength, movement, and long-term results

    • Help clients move from pain → confidence → performance

    Beyond the session, you will:

    • Build real relationships and earn trust with your clients

    • Check in between sessions to support consistency and follow-through

    • Guide clients into long-term or continuity-based care when appropriate

    • Lead or support small group training focused on strength and independence

    • Participate in marketing and community events

    • Take ownership of client outcomes, not just individual sessions

  • We’re looking for someone who:

    • Genuinely gives a damn about their clients

    • Thinks beyond symptoms and wants to solve the real problem

    • Is confident, clear, and human in how they communicate

    • Enjoys working with active women who want to lift, train, and stay active

    • Believes in strength, movement, and long-term health

    • Is comfortable being part of a growing, evolving practice

    • Takes ownership and doesn’t need to be micromanaged

    • Clients feel understood, supported, and challenged

    • Clients don’t just feel better. They become more capable

    • Clients trust you enough to stay engaged long-term

    • You contribute to both client outcomes and clinic growth

    • You help clients build bodies they trust, not just reduce pain

    • Competitive base salary

    • Bonus opportunities tied to continuity and performance

    • Opportunity to grow with the clinic

  • Our clients often come to us feeling frustrated, stuck, and unsure what to do next.

    Your ability to:
