Help Active Women Rebuild Their Bodies, So They Can Trust Them Again.
At Formation Physical Therapy and Performance, we work with active women who are tired of feeling limited by their bodies.
They’ve often:
Tried traditional PT, workouts, or rest
Been told to “just modify” or “stop doing that”
Made some progress, but never fully solved the problem
They don’t want a temporary fix. They want to feel strong, capable, and confident again.
That’s what we help them do.
This Is Not Traditional Physical Therapy
If you’re looking for:

Insurance-driven treatment
Passive, symptom-based approaches

Our Approach to Care
We don’t stop at getting clients out of pain.
We help them:
Understand what’s actually driving the issue
Build strength and resilience
Return to lifting, workouts, and life
Continue progressing long after symptoms improve
Pain-free is the starting point. Strength, confidence, and longevity are the goal.
We are a long-term partner in our clients’ health, performance, and consistency.

Is comfortable being part of a growing, evolving practice
Takes ownership and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
